Why do I need to create an account?
Benefits of creating an account are so that:
• You are able to view your order history including your order status, and you can re-print order documents
• You can save your addresses for quicker and easier ordering next time
• We have your details in case we need to contact you about your order
• Be the first to know about our latest deals and get emailed exclusive offers
How do I create an account?It’s easy to create an account.
The first step is to click Account Icon on the top right corner of the site, and then choose ‘Register’ to start the process.
Once there you should enter your personal information. Next you need to create a password and confirm it.
Complete the process by clicking ‘Register’.
Congratulations, you made your account. We’ll send you an email to confirm.
How do I reset my account password?It’s easy to reset your password.
Start off by going to the account sign in page. Click ‘Forgot Password?’ then enter the email address you use to get into your account.
Enter the verification code that you received and type your new password below and conform it.

How to determine my ring size?
•Find a piece of string. If you do not have string, you can really choose anything like a thin strip of paper, tissue, cords, etc. Anything that can wrap around your finger will work.
•Wrap the string around your finger. Use a pen to make a mark where the end of the string meets.
•Find a ruler and measure the string.
Our jewelry is not shown to size. Images are often enlarged to show detail - please follow up our size guide to determine item's actual size.
How to determine the right chain length?Our chains run from 14" to 22" long, which means your necklace can sit anywhere from high up on your collarbone to all the way on your lower chest.
Please refer to the picture below to choose the right length.
Please keep in mind that the chain lengths mentioned on the website do not include the length of the pendant. Most of our pendants run between 0.75"-2" (2-5 cm), so the total length of your jewelry will be the length of your selected chain plus the length of your pendant.
How do I use a coupon?In your shopping cart, before or after shipping information, you will see an option to enter your promotion code.
Here you can type your coupon code.
Once you click APPLY your discount will be subtracted from your subtotal.
Trying to use two promo codes? Sadly, it's only possible to use one coupon at a time. If you are having problems with your coupon, please contact us.
What payment methods can I use?We accept all major credit cards as well as payments made through PayPal.What should I do if my payment is refused?If your credit or debit card has been refused, you can try resubmitting your order, or using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.How can I change/modify my order?If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please contact us.
Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipment.
Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.Can I cancel my order?After your order was placed after 24 hours/item has been processed/ shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Delivery time = processing time + shipping time
All jewelry pieces are handmade to order and produced entirely from scratch. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production.
The shipping time will vary based on the order's destination, shipping method, and any lockdown/logistics restriction. And due to the impact of the new coronavirus, the shipping time may be delayed. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey!

How can I track my order?You can track your order by the tracking number and the shipping method in your Shipment Confirmation email.
If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, you can also check the status of your order via the Track Your Order page.
Why has my package returned?There are multiple reasons your package might have been returned to our warehouse.
• Wrong or incomplete address
• Invalid phone number
• Unable to deliver
Please contact the shipping company and remember to provide your tracking number to find out more information. If you still can not find your package, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be more than happy to resolve this issue.
Why my package shows delivered but I have not received my package?Packages might be delivered to your mailbox or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mailbox and with your neighbors first. If you cannot find it, check for your package with the shipping company then. Remember to bring your ID! If you still cannot find your package either, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What if I am unsatisfied with my choice?
If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us once you get the item within 14 days. We will be happy to exchange it for something else.
Your original item will need to be returned to us before we send you a new item and you will be responsible for return shipping cost.
My jewelry is damaged, what should I do?If your item has arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately.
You will need to send a clear image of the damaged item to us.
Once we have received a clear picture and approved the claim, you will be offered a reorder, free of charge if the item is within warranty.
Will I get full refund for my return?We will offer a full refund on all items you returned (exclude return shipping fee, insurance fee, and unreturnable items).
Note: The standard shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

What material are your jewelry made of?We guarantee that all of our jewelry is made of S925 Silver.How do I take care of my jewelry?When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintain colour for vermeil and silver pieces. Giving your jewelry a quick clean at the end of the day, using a soft cleaning polish cloth, to remove any fingerprints or oils that may have accumulated from normal wear. Remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays.
